Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Bonus Terms and Conditions ("Bonus Terms") govern all promotional bonuses offered by XfersTrade. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

XfersTrade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for any bonus promotion, you must:

• Have a verified XfersTrade trading account
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be from a restricted jurisdiction
• Not have previously abused any bonus promotion
• Meet the minimum deposit requirement for the specific bonus

Only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. Bonus Types

3.1 Welcome Deposit Bonus

3.2 Reload Bonuses

Reload bonuses are offered periodically to existing clients. Terms vary per promotion and will be communicated at the time of the offer.

3.3 Referral Bonuses

Refer a friend and receive a bonus when they make their first deposit. Both referrer and referee must meet all bonus requirements.

4. Volume Requirements

Before any bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must complete the required trading volume.

4.1 Standard Lot Requirement

Trade 1 standard lot for every $100 of bonus received.

Example: $500 bonus = 5 standard lots required

4.2 Volume Calculation

• Only closed trades count towards volume
• Both buy and sell orders count
• Trades must be held for minimum 2 minutes
• Hedged positions count as a single trade

4.3 Eligible Instruments

The following instruments count towards bonus volume requirements:

• All Forex pairs (100% contribution)
• Major cryptocurrencies (100% contribution)
• Indices (50% contribution)
• Commodities (50% contribution)

5. Withdrawals and Bonus

5.1 Withdrawal Impact

Making a withdrawal before completing volume requirements will result in:

• Forfeiture of the remaining bonus
• Proportional reduction of any profits earned using bonus funds

5.2 Profit Withdrawal

Profits earned through trading (including trades using bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time. However, withdrawing profits before meeting volume requirements will forfeit the bonus.

5.3 Post-Completion

Once volume requirements are met:

• Bonus converts to withdrawable cash
• No restrictions on withdrawal
• Full profits retained

6. Expiration

All bonuses have an expiration period as specified in the bonus terms:

• Silver Account: 30 days from credit
• Gold Account: 60 days from credit
• Platinum Account: 90 days from credit

If volume requirements are not met within the validity period:

• The bonus will be removed from your account
• Any profits earned using the bonus may be removed
• Your original deposit remains unaffected

7. Bonus Abuse

XfersTrade takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities are prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to receive multiple bonuses
• Arbitrage or hedging strategies designed solely to meet volume requirements
• Coordinating trades with other accounts
• Using automated systems to exploit bonus terms
• Any other activity deemed to be bonus abuse

8. General Terms

• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts
• XfersTrade may request documentation to verify eligibility
• In case of dispute, XfersTrade's decision is final
• These terms are subject to our general Terms and Conditions
• XfersTrade may update these terms at any time
• Continued participation implies acceptance of any updates
